About me
Owen is a GIS Specialist and Planner at Stromberg/Garrigan & Associates. They have worked with the DEQ Brownfields Office on a number of brownfields inventory and prioritization projects, as well as the updated Brownfields Success Stories Application. They are a 2023 graduate of Old Dominion University's geography program.
